The Domaine was established in 1967 by the Duseigneur family, who ha been growing vines for five generations in Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Today their holdings cover 30 hectares planted with Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre and split between the appellations of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Lirac and Côtes-du-Rhône Villages Laudun appellations. Domaine Duseigneur’s wines are organic, and a biodynamic approach to vineyard cultivation has been pursued since 2004.
The estate’s flagship wine is the Châteauneuf-du-Pape ‘Catarina’, a beautiful expression of this unique appellation, delightful at a young age with its vibrant fruit, and developing more subtle notes over the course of time.
