Description
Distinctive, highly drinkable, medium bodied Champagne, vinified and aged partially in oak barrels for over 8 months then blended with “Perpetual Reserve wines” aged according to the solera principle. The nose displays intense aromas of citrus, pear and spices, on the palate the wine is fresh and remarkably well balanced. 50% Pinot Noir 25% Pinot Meunier 25% Chardonnay from Verzy, Verzenay and other villages on the Montagne de Reims.
Serving suggestions: Perfect for aperitif, with canapés, but also a great match with Southeast Asian food thanks to its perfumed acidity and balance between freshness and substance.
