In the warm and dry microclimate of the Valais, late ripening Cabernet shows stunning results in this Swiss Bordeaux blend (60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Cabernet Franc).

Typical varietal aromas of black berries (blackcurrant, blackberries) and bell pepper are complemented by fine maturation notes of smoke and tobacco. Marrying structure and freshness, Roduit’s ‘Plotin’ displays ripe and silky tannins, and has seen extended aging in barrique and bottle.

Serving suggestions: Perfect with lamb tajine, roast beef, or cheese soufflé.
