Jean-René Germanier Arvine Réserve AOC Valais 2018/19

Dry, rich and structured, citrus aromas sustained by toasty oak notes. Balancing richness of body with bright minerality.

Dry, rich and structured wine from the rare indigenous Swiss white grape Petite Arvine. Citrus aromas typical of this variety are sustained by toasty oak notes from barrel fermentation (barrique, followed by aging on the lees). Fine, very harmonious, balancing richness of body with bright minerality. It has significant aging potential.

Serving recommendations: Shellfish, white fish in a creamy sauce, hard cheeses.
