Solaine Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut ‘French Riviera’

Traditional method. White flowers and tropical fruit notes, rich yet refreshing. An all-rounder for all kinds of occasions. Jancis Robinson, 16/20

A gourmet sparkling wine from the south of France, made in the traditional method (second fermentation in bottle) also used for champagne by winemaker Alexandre Penet of distinctive champagne producer La Maison Penet. Rich and generous yet highly refreshing, with elegant and fine bubbles. It shows the white flower and tropical fruit notes of perfectly matured Chardonnay grapes and a seducing minerality expressive of its limestone terroir.

Serving suggestions: An excellent aperitif wine, and an all-rounder for occasions and celebrations. Very nice with fish and seafood, creamy pasta dishes or risotto.
