An elegant single-vineyard Pinot Noir from Malans in the canton of Grisons. Black cherries and cassis on the nose, sustained by tobacco and fine spicy-peppery notes. Lively, sustained attack, juicy acidity and finely meshed, minerally tannins hold the balance. Long, stratified and refined finish. Aged for 12 months in small oak barrels. Organic wine.
Serving suggestions: Roasted quails, Cantonese duck, lamb kebabs.
